Welcome to Guildraft’s Blog - a blog for Vacation Bible School and other events in children’s ministry!
This blog is managed by Guildcraft Arts & Crafts and is dedicated to the special events of children’s ministry such as Vacation Bible School, fall festivals, Easter celebrations, Advent, and more. Our goal is to give you fresh ideas and planning tips. We’ll also strive to share the latest curriculum and craft news.
You’ll see postings from two main people - Kathryn Good and Patricia Meyers.
Kathryn is the marketing director for Guildcraft Arts & Crafts. Among her many responsibilities, she is responsible for all Christian and VBS product development. Although Guildcraft is located in Buffalo, NY, Kathryn works out of her home in Nashville, TN. She is a mom to one-year-old Caleb and enjoys serving in various roles at her church. She is her church’s co-chair for VBS 2008.
Kathryn met Pat at a Children’s Pastor’s Conference several years back. Kathryn loved Pat and her curriculum so much that Guildcraft started picking up several of Pat’s cool party plans. This year, Kathryn began putting Pat’s years of experience in children’s ministry to use with a monthly VBS column written by Pat. You’ll find those valuable articles posted on this blog.
